As you are aware that the Developer, Faber Union Sdn. Bhd., has successfully convened the First Annual General Meeting of Danau Permai Management Corporation on 18th August 2007.
Subsequent to that, effective from 1st October 2007 Perbadanan Pengurusan Danau Permai or Danau Permai Management Corporation will be taking over the management of Danau Permai Condominium.
Hence, effective from the same date the following persons are to be connected in case of emergency:

Monday to Friday 8.30a.m. to 5.30p.m.
Saturday 8.30a.m. to 1.00p.m.
Sunday and Public Holiday Closed
Kindly be informed that with effective from 1st November 2007, all payments of service and other charges shall only be made by cheque or cash to PERBADANAN PENGURUSAN DANAU PERMAI at the management office, located at the Club House of Danau Permai Condominium. No payment can be accepted before 1st November 2007.
On behalf of the elected Management Corporation Council, I would like to request all Owners of Danau Permai Condominium to play their part by promptly paying services and other charges due to the Corporation.
