Kindly therefore concert your invaluable cooperation in the following areas:-

PLEASE DO:

1. Read the Danau Permai Condominium By-Laws and House Rules.

2. Read the notice box every day.

3. Inform us of changes in ownership or tenancy.

4. Notify us of your appointed agents/service contractors and suppliers.

5. Get our approval before you are allowed to stick up notices.

6. Notify us of household items that you are going to move out or in the complex.

7. Obtain our written approval before renovating your unit.

8. Return the previous parking sticker and the proximity card to us for replacement due to change of car or user.

9. Park at the designated parking bay only.

10. Notify us in writing if you are assigning your allocated parking bay to your tenant.

11. Submit to us updated mailing address.

12. Officially notify us of your tenants particulars and keep us updated of changes.

PLEASE DO NOT:

1. Throw objects out of the window or over the balcony.

2. Hang clothes on the balcony or windows.

3. Keep pets (except fish and small birds) or walk your pets around the complex.

4. Break the traffic rules.

5. Place rubbish or any items at the common areas.

6. Create noises whatsoever as to disturb the peace of your neighbours.

7. Overload your floor.

9. Dangerously place objects on the balcony where it can fall off accidentally.

10. Place items on the balcony where children could step on.

11.Let your children wander in the common areas or use the lifts or play with them without your presence.

12.Carry out any other activities in the facilities area such as Yoga, kick boxing or any other activities other than the actual facilities provided.

The list above in part conforms to our Danau Permai Condominium By-Laws and House Rules. We shall not hesitate to take relevant actions should any owners or residents or their guests break the rules and regulations stated above.
