We write to infom Owners and Residents of Danau Permai Condominium that effective from 1st October 2007 the management of the same was taken over by the Perbadanan Pengurusan Danau Permai or Danau Permai Management Corporation.

Effective from 1st November 2007, all payments of service and other charges shall only be made by cheque or cash to PERBADANAN PENGURUSAN DANAU PERMAI at the management office, located at the Club House of Danau Permai Condominium.

To further assist the Owners and Residents to settle their dues, payment by Credit Cards has also been made possible. Kindly go to the management office to settle your dues by the most convenience way to you.

As you are fully aware the success of management of strata property will depend on the cooperation of all Owners and Residents, in terms of promptly paying service and other charges and commitment of the Management Corporation Council.

We urge all Owners and Residents to promptly settle the bills as it is crucial to have a good and healthy cash flow to ensure our property is to be managed well. Rest assured that we are committed to providing you our best services and we look forward to receiving your cooperation.
