We are pleased to inform you that a total of forty one (41) parking bays for rental for the period from 1st January 2008 until 31st December 2008 by way of tendering and possible balloting (where applicable) is completed.
Kindly be informed that the qualifying conditions are as follows:-
i. Balloting should be carried out in the circumstance where there are more than one (1) tenderer for any one paking bay.
ii. Unit Owner has no service charge, sinking fund, water or any other charges on the balloting day.
iii. Unit Owner or his/her tenant(s) have no other breaches with regard to the By-Laws and House Rules of Danau Permai Condominium.
iv. No representatives are allowed to submit tender on the Unit Owner’s behalf unless he/she is a tenant who has been authorized by the Unit Owner.
v. Unit Owners or qualifying tenants from one unit can ONLY tender for one (1) unit of parking bay.
vi. The total rental for the period from 1st January 2008 to 31st December 2008 shall be RM1200.00 payable in full, after successful tender or ballot, immediately by cheque made payable to Perbadanan Pengurusan Danau Permai or by credit card. Failure to do so result to instant withdrawal and disqualificaton, which shall be followed by a second ballot for the rest of the remaining tenders.
The allocated bays are as per the following list:-
Bays 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 83
Bays 227, 228, 239, 240, 241, 273, 274, 275
Bays 276, 277, 278, 279, 280, 281, 282, 283, 284, 285, 286
Bays 287, 288, 289, 290, 291, 292, 326, 494, 495, 496, 534
Only the participating Unit Owners or their authorized tenants will be allowed in for the occasion. Your understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated.
