REPAINTING OF ENTIRE FACADE OF DANAU PERMAI CONDOMINIUM

All of us may agree that the time has come for the façade of our building to receive new coats of paint, which in turn changes the overall appearance of the building. For that reason, we write to inform Owners and Residents of Danau Permai Condominium that we are in the process of getting the said façade repainted soon.

We notice that number of units’ air-con compressor and condensation pipe installed breach the house rules, which leads to unsightly view of the façade. In view of the coming repainting exercise, we write to urge all Owners and Residents to relocate the compressor to the designated location, hence no exposed black pipes or to box –up the current pipes. As for the condensation pipes, kindly re-route the same to avoid water from dripping to the external façade, which encourages fungus and moss growth on the wall.

We also notice that some Owners renovated the unit and make changes to the external appearance of the unit. For the same reason, kindly do the needful to ensure that original design of the building uniformity is maintained at all times.

We shall give those affected unit Owners up to 31^st March 2008 to do the needful failing which, when repainting project is carried out, remedial action will be carried out by the appointed contractor and cost for doing the same will be charged in full into the respective unit Owner’s accounts.
