Dear Sir/Madam,

We write to inform you that the Management Corporation Council is planning to carry out some improvement projects for Danau Permai Condominium. The projects encompass architectural work, security system and repainting of the entire premises.

To help ease the Council burden in dealing with the improvement projects’ work processes, we write to invite all Owners, particularly those who have the knowledge and experience in a similar projects, to come forward to assist the Council from planning through the implementation of those projects. At the same time, we believe it provides greater transparency and accountability in managing financial aspect of the projects.

We welcome Owners participation and to enable us to manage the same better, we would appreciate it if those interested to come forward to the management office for registration. The Council will then call the interested Owners when the project meeting kicks off.
