Pursuant to Rules of Association, Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on the following schedule:

Date: 26th April 2008 (Saturday)

Venue: Multi-purpose Hall, Club House, Danau Permai Condo

Time : 4.00 pm

1.To receive Report from the 2007 Executive Committee.

2. To receive Financial Report and the audited accounts for the year ended 31^st December 2007.

3. To Elect an Executive Committees.

In view of most of the present executive committees are serving Management Corporation as Council member and they are not able to serve both, the coming Executive Committees shall be elected among those members who are not in the Management Corporation Council.

In the event that cannot achieve, resolution shall be passed to dissolve the Association.

4. In the event of the Association dissolved, resolution shall be passed to make use the balance of money in the Association’s bank account of RM8,691.06 as at 31^st December 2007 for the construction of new Danau Permai Condominium’s signage in front of our condominium. The signage will be the only remembrance of our Association existence together with the untiring efforts to make Danau Permai Condominium a better place for us to live and we feel proud of.In view of the importance of this meeting, we urge all members to attend this meeting. For those who cannot do so, kindly download and fill-in the proxy form from Form section and deposit the same at the Association Post Box in front of Management Office before 22^nd April 2008.
