Further to our earlier notice on the above subject and in view of current criminal record in our neighborhood, we write to inform you that at present, the Management Corporation Council is working on two (2) improvement projects, namely;

1.     Installing adequate security system to provide a much needed security control to all residents,

2.     Upgrading ground floor lift lobby at all four blocks and part of clubhouse.

Security system project will commence by July 2008 and shall complete within 2 months, whist upgrading project shall follow immediately. The former entails an introduction of access cards to ground floor lift lobby, whereby access will be limited to resident’s block. At the same time, closed circuit television (CCTV) will be installed at strategic locations around the premises. The later entails enhancing ground floor lift lobby to portray secured yet elegant image of each block.

Certain parts of clubhouse will be included in the upgrading project. It aims to providing more secure and comfortable facilities to all residents, at the same time, modern facility will be added.

To make our dreams come true, we would like to take this opportunity to urge all Owners and Residents of Danau Permai Condominium to give your fullest cooperation and to work hand-in-hand with the Council for the betterment of our HOME. Guidelines are stated in Danau Permai Condominium’s by-law which is available at the management office for free.
