Air-Conditioning Installation Compliance Survey

From the earlier survey conducted, we found out that some have NOT complied with the basic installation criteria. Your non-compliance discovered is / are:

- Your air-conditioning compressor is installed on the bedroom window ledge.

- Your air-conditioning condensation pipe is not channeled to the right location.

- You have installed cages on your windows.

We write to request your kind co-operation to do the necessary remedial action within 30 days from the date of this letter, expiring 4^th September 2008 failing which, we have no alternative but to engage a contractor on your behalf to do the needful and to charge the entire cost of remedial action into your account.

Alternatively, we have negotiated with contractor to do the said rectification on bulk basis from RM220 for relocation of compressor depending on the horse power of your air conditioning and RM180 for channeling the condensation pipe to the right location. For those interested, please contact the management office to obtain necessary details.
