We write to inform you that our appointed Architect has prepared tender document for the above mentioned project.

To provide full transparency on tendering of the said project, while we invite outside contractors, we also wish to invite residents of Danau Permai Condominium, who are in the field of construction and interior decoration to participate in the tender. This entails purchasing the tender document from the management office, from 6^th August to 10^th September 2008, during office hours, for RM100.00 non-refundable.

Since number of tender document is limited, the same will be sold on first come first serve basis. Thereafter, kindly follow the instruction contained in the document accordingly.

Tender closing date is extended to 12.00pm, 12th September 2008.
