Dear Sirs/Madam,
In our continuous effort to further improve the security system and to have better control over the usage of the car park bays, the Management has decided to introduce a new car sticker for Year 2009. As such, kindly bring along your present car sticker to the Management Office in exchange for the new car sticker. If you do not have or have lost your present car sticker, you will have to pay RM5.00 for the new car sticker. The new car stickers will be issued only to Owners who have fully paid up all their outstanding charges.
Please note that Owners/Residents without the new car sticker displayed on their car wind screens after 1st of March 2009, will not be permitted to enter the premises.
The CCTV surveillance will be fully operational from 24th January 2009. A comprehensive digital access card system placed at the two main entrance doors of the lift lobby and all the common facility rooms will be implemented in due course.
Other future upgrading and improvement projects include refurbishment of the lift lobby areas and repainting of the whole building.
