TO ALL VALUED OWNERS

Dear Sirs/Madam,

As you are aware the repainting of the whole building is pertinent in order to enhance the value of the property. The Management Council has recently called for a tender from various paint manufacturers to quote for the repainting of the interior and exterior walls of the building inclusive of common corridors, balconies, roofs, rain water down pipes, metal gutters, lift lobbies, staircases, etc. Only paint manufacturers will be considered.

For the purpose of transparency, accountability and responsibility, the Management Council has decided to form a Sub-committee to select and appoint the most suitable, qualified and efficient manufacturer. The owners who wish to apply and be eligible to joint the Sub-committee members must comply with the principle and rules stipulated below:

1) Must be a strata owner

2) Must not breach any By-Law and House Rules

3) Monthly maintenance fees and others have to be paid promptly

4) Able to attend all meetings

5) Have some technical experience

Owners who wish to participate, kindly register with the Management on/or before the 30^th April 2009.
