We are pleased to invite all interested Owners/Residents to submit their offers or to recommend their friends and associates to submit their offers to provide Architectural services to PPDP  in respect of the captioned matter.   

Interested participants must comply with the terms and conditions as stated below :-

1)      The company must be registered with “LAM” and a member of “PAM”

2)      Must submit a company profile including ‘CV’

3)      Must Provide a full scopes on the works.

4)      Must advise and obtain necessary certificate on the works.

5)      Proposed fee

 Application shall be submitted in sealed envelope marked on the top left hand side “PAINTING WORKS FOR DANAU PERMAI CONDOMINIUM”.

Any opened/unsealed envelope will be rejected.

Sealed envelopes must be submitted and received not later than 12.00 noon local time on 10^th June 2009  (“the Closing Date”)    to the following address:-

Any offers which are received after the Closing Date shall be rejected.

The decision to accept any offer by PPDP is final.  The PPDP may refuse to accept any offer in its sole and absolute discretion and shall not be obliged to provide any reasons for such rejection.
