We write to remind Owners and Residents that hanging of clothes at the unit’s balcony is NOT permitted under our House Rules and Regulations, in particular Clause 3.12 of the Rules and Regulations.

We write to request Owners and Residents to refrain from practicing such activity which looks very unsightly, but instead to hang any clothes at the designated drying area.
