IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCESS CARD SYSTEM

We write to inform you that the Council is implementing the access card system which will require every resident to process a valid access card to enter the building via ground floor main entrance door where card readers are installed. Below are the guidelines;

 

·         Owners/Residents need to fill-in the Population Survey Form which was circulated earlier and the completed form must be returned to the management office together with photocopy of the respective person’s I/C or passport.

 

·         The access card is part of the security system for Danau Permai Condominum and should be used for gaining entry into the premises via secured doors.

 

·         The number of access card given to a particular unit is dependent upon the number of bedroom in the unit and these cards are given free of charge.

Two (2) access cards for 1 bedroom units

Four (4) access cards for 2 bedroom units and,

Six (6) access cards for 3 bedroom units

·         Access card will only be issued to a person with 12 years of age and above at the time of pllication

·     Should residents require more access card, it needs to be justified in the population survey, additional card may be issued upon request and each card will be charged RM20.00.

 

 

 

·         The cardholder is to ensure the safekeeping of the access card, if the same is misplaced/lost/damaged, to inform the Management Office immediately so that the said card can be barred and follow-up with a letter accompanied by police report. The same may be replaced upon payment to the Management of a replacement charge of RM100.00 per card.

 

·         All outstanding payments, including but not limited to service charge, sinking fund, insurance premium, water charge, quit rent must be settled before the Management issues any access card. 

 

 

·         The access card must be returned to the Management upon a resident ceasing to be an owner or lessee of the unit, as the case may be.

 

·         The Management reserves the rights to amend, alter or add on to the above conditions as and when it’s necessary for the benefit of the residents.

 

·         The Management reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reasons.

 

We further write to appeal to all residents to fully adhere to the above guidelines for successful implementation of the said system. We look forward to having your cooperation for betterment of our home.
