We refer to the above subject.

Upon our recent inspection we found out that there are a number of owners who have installed household water pump and filter located at the wet riser and at the common corridors.

We write to inform Owners and Residents that we have discovered that when the pipe which leads to the said water pump and filter leaks or bursts, the water overflows and enters into the lift pit and severely damages our lift.

We write to request Owners who have installed the said water filter to voluntarily remove the same without further delay, failing which we have no alternative but to remove it without further notice and to hold the said unit owner solely responsible for the cost of removing it and for making good should the above incident happen and affect our lifts.

We trust that with your kind understanding and cooperation, we can make Danau Permai a better place to live.
