Danau Permai Management Committee

Danau Permai is managed by a Management Committee (MC) which is elected annually by strata title owners who are eligible to vote in the AGM. The MC has overall responsibility for the management of the property including the collection of maintenance charges, appointment of the Property Management Company, disbursement of expenses and sinking fund issues.

The MC meets once a month to review maintenance, financial and other issues relating to the proper management of Danau Permai. Selected members of the MC liaise with the Property Management Company to make sure that all responsibilities are properly carried out.
